Pursuing my Master of Arts Degree in Education with Technology and Learning as a concentration improved my knowledge, enhanced my skills and improved on my ability to teach and to lead. I am proud to present to the world my new knowledge, experience and skills as an educator.
Engaging Youth in Communities
Through Technology and various Learning platforms children and youth can be challenged and inspired to make positive impact in their communities around the world. My Master's Degree journey gave me the opportunity to design online learning course for youth to be the change they want to see in their homes, communities, countries and generation.

Teaching Exceptional Children and Youth in General Education
The idea of including all children in learning environments and making special accommodations for children with special needs in general education is very important. Through my Master's Degree in Education Program I designed a website that served as an education guide and a resource for teachers and families with exceptional children.

Molding Creative Minds Through Teaching & Learning
As an educator the skills to light the fire of literacy, creativity and ingenuity in every student is critical. This can be achieved by learning to think differently, observe critically, perceive purposefully, create and position patterns, abstract and analogize constructively, think with their bodies, model and play with ideas, concepts, knowledge and things with the intention of inventing something new.
My work 'Are Creative People Born or Made?' is a must read for all educators who desire to teach with a difference by practicing the eight (8) creative cognitive tools.

Training and Professional Development Programs
Training and Professional Development Programs are very important in helping educators thrive, grow and succeed. The concept is defined as offering different learning opportunities to the individual through various means with the objective of enriching competence, increase productivity, helping an institution or organization grow. Training and Professional Development opportunities include workshop trainings, seminars, webinars, conferences and strategies such as coaching, role modeling and mentoring.
Designing, planning, implementing and evaluating active training and development programs for teachers is the step in the right direction in today's education. My 60 Minutes Training is a sample workshop training outline for teachers working with Pre-school children.

Technology and Leadership in Educational Institutions
Technology supports education by giving the opportunity to the student to interact with knowledge and embark on personal discovery journey which unlocks possibilities. The goal of education however should not be confused with the tool that improves it (technology). Education has the purpose to equip with knowledge and skills; technology helps achieve this goal.
It is for this reason that I personally strongly believe that Educational Leaders must be empowered with adequate resources so they can help improve education and facilitate development. I am glad I can preach these ideas using Prezi presentation as part of my Masters Degree in Education skills gained.

Learner, Teacher, Researcher
Classroom - based or teacher research, ethnographic participant observation and personal narratives, history and biographies are various forms of educational inquiry. In order to learn to put the puzzle pieces of education together the educator must learn to dig deep into education. One key popular form of educational research that I have learnt the skill to use is that of the teacher research method which include using strategy such as child observations, tape recording, documentation and journaling in my daily work. My inspiration comes from Vivian Parley whose work challenged me to think deeply into my own work. My piece the 'Teacher As A Researcher' describes Parley's work and inspiration.

Learner, Leader, Designer
Not only have I loved to learn or lead I am also a designer. As a designer I think and look for solutions. I have learned to empathize with audience and people I work with and then design solutions for my field. 'My Problem of Practice' gives me an opportunity to be someone who designs solutions for others in mind.

Transfer of Knowledge and Skills
As a Master's degree graduate I am proud that I have gained advanced knowledge in education, learned new technological skills and mastered the ability to teach with a difference. This I do by aiming to light the candle of 'creativity and ingenuity' of every child
that I teach through the designing of educational and recreational projects and programs for the children and youth that I work with.
